They thought they would have a fab time, but it wasn't all peace and love!

'Stuck 1966. No Time to Groove' is a novella set in England during the swinging sixties. This time travel adventure story begins with the Baxter children and their Uncle Archie attending a concert by the most famous pop group of all time, The Beatles, in London.

The scene switches to rural England, where the children befriend a group of hippies who are running a free school. However, not everything goes to plan, and Robert, James and Lucy find themselves back in London, and just as they feared, one of them suffers a life-threatening problem, but they discover that Uncle Archie can't help them. It's him, this time, who is stuck! Not only that - it's not just their own well-being that is at risk; two other children they meet are in danger!

'Stuck 1966. No Time to Groove' is a standalone story and is the fifth book in the 'Stuck' series. The series feature adventure stories that blend fiction with actual events and people to create an enjoyable and informative read full of drama with a sprinkling of humour.

Like all of the books in the series, it can be enjoyed by children 8+, but adults will have a fun read too! If you enjoy books like 'The Secret Lake' by Karen Inglis or 'Twilight Robbery' by J.M. Forster, you will love this story.
